Special Election
Special Election to fill the vacancies created by the resignations of State Senators Barry Keene (SD-02) and Don Rogers (SD-16). Also, a Special Election to fill the vacancy created when Bruce Bronzan declined to serve the term to which he was elected.
NEW DISTRICT: Senator Rogers had resigned from SD-16 (to which he had been elected in 1990) to assume the SD-17 seat (to which he had been elected in 1992).
