- Legal Troubles: Starchild was arrested in December 2005 during a prostitution sting by officers with the Fremont Police Department. He has fought the charges, first acting as his own counsel and later retaining an attorney. The case is scheduled went to trial in November 2007 and Starchild was found not guilty after three hours of deliberations.
- Qualified for the 2020 General Election ballot as a write-in during the Primary.
