Born: February 22, 1872 in CA
Died: March 26, 1943 in South San Francisco, CA
- Suicide: Shot himself in the head at the grave of a woman at the Holy Cross Cemetery. In 1909, Mindham was confined to the Ukiah Asylum for the Insane after falling on his head and feeling that he was going to kill himself.
