Married: Josephine Rowe (m. 1850)
Children: Henry B., Frank E., and Alfred P.
Died: February 9, 1869 in Tuolumne City, CA

Later: Deputy Federal Tax Collector

  • LEGISLATION: Author of the bill (1854) which created Stanislaus County.
  • Described as an "inveterate gambler and a heavy drinker," Horr died of a morphine overdose (which was allegedly a suicide).
