Died: July 2015 in Bakersfield, CA

  • Following the 2002 loss to Nicole Parra (in which Gardner lost by 187 votes), the Dean Gardner Volunteers investigated voter fraud in Kern County (within AD-30) and reported that he had found 905 fraudulent votes. Their press release can be found here.
