2004-Present: Founder and President, Minuteman Project

  • Gilchrist was fired by members of the Minuteman Board of Directors in early 2007. He retaliated by firing them and filing a lawsuit for control of the Board of Directors. As of 2008, the group was renamed "Jim Gilchrist's Minuteman Project" and the suit (JGMMP v. Stewart) was concluded in 2010, giving control to Gilchrist.
