  • LEGISLATION: Author of ACR 99 (2011), which would designate September 2012 as National Coupon Month and "would acknowledge the value of coupons in achieving significant savings to California's consumers." It was later amended to request that CalTrans erect informational signs on Highway 170 directing motorists to the "Great Wall of Los Angeles" mural. The resolution died in the Assembly.
