Born: December 27, 1809 in York District, South Carolina
Died: October 2, 1859 in Coloma, CA

1850s: Justice, El Dorado County Court
1859: Co-Founder, El Dorado Agricultural Society (now the El Dorado County Fair)

  • Robertson was the first judge in El Dorado County. 
  • Robertson died on October 2nd, after the 1859 General Election (in which he had been elected to the Assembly) but before the session started.
