- LEGISLATION: Author of AB 2624 (Chapt. 117, Stats of 2026) which would establish an address confidentiality program for a designated immigration support services provider, employee, or volunteer, who faces threats of violence or harassment from the public because of their affiliation with a designated immigration support services facility. It would also prohibit soliciting, selling, or trading on the internet the personal information or image of a these employees and prohibit a person from posting on the internet their personal information or image. This was one of the most controversial bills at the end of the 2025-26 session. (Pending)
