- LEGISLATION: Author with Jesse Gabriel of AB 1127 (2025), the “Glock ban bill,” which would prohibit a California firearms dealer licensed from selling, offering for sale, exchanging, giving, transfering, or delivering a "convertible pistol" defined as any semiautomatic pistol that can be converted into a machinegun solely by the installation or attachment of a pistol converter.
