ELECTON TIMELINE:
2/15 - First day for any candidate to file Declaration of Candidacy
3/12 - Last day for any candidate to file Declaration of Candidacy
4/1 - Secretary of State issues a Certified List of Candidates
6/8 - Special Primary Election
7/6 - Official Canvas Complete
