Children: One son and four daughters
Family: Son of John Coghlan, Grandson of Nathan Coombs and nephew of Frank L. Coombs.
Died: December 1, 1954 in San Mateo, CA

  • Recall: Coghlan was one of 10 State Assemblymen (and 14 Legislators overall) who voted against SCA 23 (1911), which gave California voters the ability to recall statewide and legislative elected officials.
