  • LEGAL TROUBLES: Hill was convicted of corruption charges as a result of the Shrimpscam investigation. The investigation also led to convictions for Board of Equalization member Paul B. Carpenter, State Senator Joseph B. Montoya, and Assemblyman Pat Nolan.
  • His Federal Bureau of Prisons Register number was 06834-097 and he was released on 02-11-1998.
