  • LEGISLATION: Author of SB 3 (2017) which became Proposition 1 on the November 2018 ballot, which would authorize the issuance of four billion dollars in General Obligation bonds to "finance various existing housing programs, as well as infill infrastructure financing and affordable housing matching grant programs" and $1 billion "to provide additional funding for the above-described program for farm, home, and mobilehome purchase assistance for veterans".
