  • PLACENAME: Frazee Road in the San Luis Rey Valley and Frazee State Beach in Carlsbad were named in his honor. [Source: North County Times] 
  • LEGISLATION: Frazee was the author of the bill that the road near fire hydrants be identified by a blue reflective marker (a Botts Dot) to make their location easier at night.
