  • Bonnie's son Dan Lowenthal was previously married to Suja Lowenthal, who served on the Long Beach City Council (2006-2016) and was a primary candidate for AD-70 in 2014 (Lost; 27%).
  • Daniel Lowenthal has served as Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney (1995-2006) and Los Angeles County Superior Court Justice (2006-Present).
  • Had a former spouse who served in the legislature concurrently (although in the other house).
